Naval exercise with Sudan

- The Indian Navy and Sudanese Navy carried out a bilateral maritime exercise in the Red Sea off the Sudanese coast.
- It was the first time that Indian and Sudanese navies conducted such an exercise.
- From the Indian side, INS Tabar participated in the exercise.
- Apart from Sudan, it has also conducted naval exercises with the Egyptian navy in the Mediterranean Sea.
