- National Hydroelectric Power Corporation (NHPC) Limited, a Navratna enterprise, celebrated its Golden Jubilee.
- The organisation also observed its 51st Raising Day on 7 November 2025.
- India Post has released a customised My Stamp featuring 12 iconic NHPC dams, along with an Achievement Book documenting the organisation’s five decades of hydropower achievements.
- A Commemorative Coin was launched in New Delhi to honour NHPC’s 50-year journey of hydropower development, technological advancement, and national contribution.
- A comic book titled ‘Chhota Bheem aur Bada Bandh’ was also unveiled to spread awareness about the importance and benefits of hydropower among the public.
- The organisation has also diversified into solar, wind, and green hydrogen, reinforcing its position as a 100 per cent green energy company committed to sustainable growth.
