- Ponduru Khadi is locally known as “Patnulu”.
- The fabric is woven entirely by hand using locally grown Hill cotton, Punasa cotton, and red cotton.
- A distinctive feature is the use of the jawbone of the Valuga fish for cleaning cotton.
