- The Indian Navy conducted a two-day coastal security exercise called “Sagar Kavach”.
- The exercise was conducted by Indian Navy along with Indian Coastal Guard.
- It is a half-yearly exercise to check coastal security mechanism and validate Standard Operating Procedure.
