- It amends the Constitution (Scheduled Castes) Order, 1950 to exclude the Gond community as a Scheduled Caste in four districts of Uttar Pradesh.
- It seeks to include Gond, Dhuriya, Nayak, Ojha, Pathari, and Rajgond communities in the ST list in these four districts.
- It also amends to omit the Bhogta community from the list of Scheduled Castes in Jharkhand.
