- Over 4.13 lakh girl students benefited from the Pudhumai Penn Scheme (₹1,000 monthly support for girls pursuing higher education).
- Over 3.28 lakh boy students benefited from the Tamil Puthalvan Scheme (₹1,000 monthly support for Tamil-medium students in Classes VI–X).
- The Chief Minister’s Breakfast Programme was expanded to State-aided rural schools in 2024–25.
- About 7.97 lakh students from Classes I–V benefited from Illam Thedi Kalvi (home-based learning support) centres.
- Around 25.08 lakh students in Classes I–V benefited through Ennum Ezhuthum (foundational literacy and numeracy).
- Over 8,200 high-tech labs were set up in government schools, and funds of ₹745 crore for upgrades and ₹200 crore for maintenance were allocated in 2024–25.
