Viswas scheme 2026

It is a Voluntary Initiative for Speedy Hearing and Waiver of Adverse Surcharges or Viswas.
The Ministry of Labour & Employment officially launched the Vishwas 2026 Scheme.
It is a one-time dispute resolution scheme launched by the Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO).
It applies strictly to disputes concerning damages/penalties levied under the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 or the Code on Social Security, 2020.
It aims to promote voluntary compliance, curb prolonged litigation, and ensure fast-track digital settlement of long-pending employer disputes regarding penalties and damages.
